When you become our client, we begin work immediately on your case. You will be assigned a dedicated case officer at Crypto Citizen Services who will be your point of contact throughout the entire process.

Each country and program takes a different amount of time, ranging from a few months, to sometimes a few years. These time frames are outside of our control and are the same regardless of who you choose to help you with this process. However, we ensure that this process is kept moving along the way and keep you updated frequently.

Costs depend on the country and type of citizenship program. For full citizenship in the countries most of our clients desire, program costs begin around $100,000 USD and can exceed $1M USD for highly desirable EU countries.

In addition to the program investment requirements, nominal costs such as document translations, apostilles, background checks, and records research fees should be expected. Where applicable you'll pay these directly.

Finally, our consulting services are a nominal flat fee you'll pay. Unlike some other services, our fee is final and will never increase, even if we have to go through extra work on your behalf to secure your citizenship or residency status.

We operate our financial services outside of the US and other strict KYC countries, giving you the maximum amount of privacy possible. (See the next question for more on this.)

Obviously, applying for citizenship or residency involves numerous personal documents and information. Given the current nature and hostility from certain countries and entities toward those with cryptocurrency holdings, we take privacy and security seriously.

During the consultation and application process, only your particular case officer has access to your application files. We store all information with end-to-end encryption, and can communicate via PGP if our client desires.

Furthermore, we store and process your information only in countries with strict privacy laws. This means never within the reach of the US or other Five Eyes countries. Even if our information was turned over, we keep all personally identifiable information (PII) encrypted. Furthermore, when your application process is complete and you have your new passport in hand, we keep only the minimal amount of client data such as to be able to service you in the future with any questions. Upon request we can delete your entire file with us.

Keep in mind your new citizenship does not necessarily have to be where you eventually stay long term. Generally speaking, an EU passport for example, gives you the right of residence in any other EU country (with some limitations). In fact, many of our clients have a second passport just as a backup option in case the situation in their current country becomes untenable.
